These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all who deal with the Company in their capacity as customers, employees, agents, Introducing Brokers and whoever else promoting or availing our services.
1.We do not charge our clients a direct fee. Any Business we introduce or guide or provide consultation for is based on the conclusion that the either parties agree to continue in business for a minimum period of one year. Our income is purely based on recurring Monthly/ Quarterly/Yeraly commissions or Training fee or Service charge provided by principal company or in the form of additional margin from the products we sell, it is mandatory to continue in business for a minimum period of one year.
2.Clients availing of our services or do direct business with us in India or overseas should keep in mind that if they cancel any business deal prior to 365 days from the starting day of business, we will be charging a minimum of 35% of the total business / investment amount. The actual amount charged may be higher depending upon the businesses and the cost involved.
( 2.1 )On physical products like pool construction and IT products, cancellation of the project will lead to 100% loss of your capital invested in the project. All these measures are to prevent loss of the Company.
( 2.2 )Please note that there is a lock-in period of three years for the amount invested in Insurance. Failure to comply with this requirement will lead to you forfeiting all your capital.
3.As the above terms will be strictly followed by the Company, we recommend all clients to deal with us after making sure that they will be continuing business for a minimum period of one year (except in the case of Insurance, where the minimum period is three years).
( 3.1 )This can be Investments in Speculative Markets, Mutual Funds, Information Technology, or any services / products either mentioned on our website or promoted by our employees, customers, agents, Introducing Brokers, or anyone else.
4.If you are not clear on the Terms and Conditions of the business, or you are not clear about the nature of the business as advised by our staff or any individual promoting our business (this includes customer references, agents, Introducing Brokers, and others) or from any form of advertisement of printed / electronic media, we strongly recommend that you consult your Attorney/Lawyer before you sign a contract or transfer funds to us or the businesses and companies we introduce.
5.All customers who agree to do business with us are subject to the local laws of the parties involved. It is the responsibility of employees, agents, customers, Introducing Brokers and everyone else associated with the Company to ensure that the Agreement/Business complies fully with the prevailing laws of the land wherever they may be located.
6.Those signing a contract/availing consultation/training/transferring funds agree that they have fully understood all the terms and conditions laid out in this document.
