CIP SPECIFICS-TO READ, UNDERSIGN AND UPLOAD

1.1 You may read and fill the terms of Mutual Engagement in the below form and undersign it and upload it.

For the fruitful enactment of the CIP Programme, it is hereby required to go through the terms and conditions of CIP and as a token of approval of it, you may undersign the same.

2. Contractual terms and Conditions

2.1 You are expected to read, understand, and comprehend in full spirit and terms, the terms of the mutual agreement before coming in terms with the CIP programme conducted by us-its structure, nature, cost,benefits,the implication,etc in fully and transparently.

3.The structure of the programme

3.1 To become eligible for the CIP, you should basically be a graduate.

3.2 CIP, as an internship programme, is meant to act to enhance your professional value from a purely hands-on experience perspective.

3.3 The first phase-The first 3 months will be in India on an internship with stipend.

4.Familiarization programme

The last 15 days will be earmarked for familiarization programme for the professionals regarding the work culture of UAE.

5.Second Phase

5.1 Second 3-month phase -Foreign country on special assignments

5.2For the successful professionals who make use of our interview space and come out in flying colours means the inter programme comes to a close end for them at this juncture.

5.3 CIP fully support your efforts to get a placement either in a foreign country (trough your meritorious performance) or in case if you fail in your attempt to fetch placement in the respective foreign country means we will give you placement in India with a basic salary of Rs 15,000.

5.4 With regard to job, you are expected to enact the role that we will assign pertaining to your specific domain or any other one in accordance with our preference.

5.5 Formatted as an intern programme of 1 year , CIP is divided into 3 modules , wherein you will get ample exposure to Indian and UAE markets.

5.6 With a competitive fee structure of Rs 200000(Rs Two lakh) , you will get accommodation, intern programmed facilities, interview support, in UAE.

5.7 The programmed will also give you the training to cope up with the cultural ambience of the foreign country as well.

5.8 We aim to mold you to make a natural fit to the corporate world in your chosen sphere of professional aspiration through-practical training, soft skills training, and interview support.
